SIP registration fails

Description
SIP registration fails from Android with message "Account registration failed: (transaction terminated); will try later". I don't know exactly when this started happening, but I last received a call on Jul 25 at 01:31 GMT+1. No settings have changed on my device.
To test, I have tried connecting from a different network and the error is the same. I have also tried registering with Cutecom and Blink softphones running on Windows 7. Both failed to connect - Cutecom gave a "timeout" error.

Issue appears to be resolved. Registration is successful again.
