how to use sip2sip as a trunk

Description
I have my Local Zycoo IP PBX ZX50-AG42
and in another contry I have 3 users using Sip2Sip services,
how can i make the local user connect to the users on Sip2sip service,
I try to set a VOIP trunk but it did not work,
can some one help me in this '

Just call account@sip2sip.info with your softphone/phone. If it is configured and the PBX is configured like it should it should just connect.
We have no knowledge of Zycoo IP PBX ZX50-AG42 thus we can't tell how to set it up. Please ask the manufacturer for this info.

I try the following

host=sip2sip.info

fromdomain=sip2sip.info
but did not work
