I do not understand what the error is nor what you mean. Please give us more info and a better description if you want this solved.

- Status changed from New to Rejected
"proxy.sipthor.net" is not working in VPN policy server. when i try to install this proxy. error is " failed to install policy 'unknow',reason -34"
This error has nothing do with our service. You should ask you network administrator or Internet service provider.
