Description

Hi,

I recently created my account and bought 20.00 USD of credit. But when I try to call PSTN phones I get the following message:

403 / PSTN calls are forbidden

I'm using CSipSimple in Android. I also tried using Linphone under Linux and received the same error.

Could someone please confirm that there is a problem and that it will be fixed soon?

It suddenly started working. Is there normally a delay between purchasing credits and availability of PSTN networks? If so perhaps this should be stated clearly, to avoid this type of ticket. :)
