Description

Hi,

I was calling a fixed line in Canada from my sip2sip.info account (from Spain), and at exactly 29m28s, the call cut out twice. It happened twice at exactly the same time, so I doubt it was a random thing.

The first session was: hB5t4XcWbT9DC9lbDi.Hta9ae4tygPNK
The second session was: 78QrgnudJPaEypHtNDNTUj5iMnmj.KyU

Any idea why this would happen?

It was your client which send the bye after 1781s for hB5t4XcWbT9DC9lbDi.Hta9ae4tygPNK and 1779s for 78QrgnudJPaEypHtNDNTUj5iMnmj.KyU

You can see this in the History tab in you account settings if you click 'trace' for these calls.

Thanks for the information. I'll try to figure out why this happens (for the record, I was using CSipSimple on my Android phone).
