hi am using eye beam am not able 2 call ,when ever i try calling there is 404 error plz help me as soon as possible

Without any siptraces or error logs it is impossible to tell why it is failing. Even with those logs the best place to get an answer for this is to ask eye beam. They made their client, so they can tell you what is wrong.
