Hello,
We have a Linksys SPA2100 that we have configured for our SIP2SIP account that works well for incoming calls. We would like to dial out, but something is not configured correctly with the dial logic. Would you be able to provide some guidance in configuring this device? I suspect the dial plan string may be issue as I try to dial "00" and then the number but I receive a busy signal after the first "0".

You can retrieve the SIP trace from the server in the sip settings page and check with the forum of the manufacturer for how it needs to be configured.
