Description

I can not make any calls. Do not work even test numbers 3333 and 4444. I can not call on the PSTN even though the account I have $ 40. If you try to make a call, a message is 403 Account is blocked.

You deposited twice and for some reason our payment gateway provider has refunded your payments in full. When that happens the account is blocked, is some soft of anti-fraud measure that may not work properly all the time, my apologies. Anyway your money is refunded and your account is enabled.
