Calling numbers from the Austrian number range 0810 gives me a SIP 480 (Temporarily Unavailable). I tried it with 0043810001503 and 0043810001080.
The 0810 range is used for service lines / hotlines. The maximum legally allowed charge is € 0.10 / min incl. taxes.
