Description

Hi

For over a year I followed your instructions for asterisk device configuration.
[sip2sip-0](sip2sip)
host=sip2sip.info

[sip2sip-1](sip2sip)
host=81.23.228.129

[sip2sip-2](sip2sip)
host=81.23.228.150

[sip2sip-3](sip2sip)
host=85.17.186.7

But recently I noticed that 81.23.228.150 is always unreachable as far as I can see.
Is this normal?
Should it perhaps be 81.23.228.140?

Hi,

Yes it was normal because it was disabled. In an ideal world you should always lookup the SRV to get the proxy ips. I don't know if Asterisk is able to do this yet , hence we had that config. 81.23.228.150 should be online again.

Yes Asterisk is doing it well as per your configuration example.
I saw in the past hour that all proxies were down except 85.17.186.7 and I could still get incoming calls.
