Defect #4341
openUnable to login with reset password

Description
After attempting to set a very strong 99-character password with all printable characters, being told the password change was successful, and then not being able to log into http://mdns.sipthor.net/sip_settings.phtml, I tried to reset my password back to the original one (which worked fine before). I can generate password reset emails, but after the Login reminder and password reset are sent to my email address, and I reset my password, and am told "Success The password(s) have been updated", I still can't log in. There is a cryptic message like "The possibility to change the password will be active for 30 mins from 2017-07-19 15:15:20", and I don't know what that means. I tried waiting several hours, but still can't log in. Am I doing something wrong?

Never mind, I was able to log in using a BLANK password, instead of the one I had just set (but then why ask for a password during the reset process at all?). Once logged in, I was able to set my password again, and that time it worked. So I have access again. Please close this ticket (and maybe make the password reset process clearer). Thanks.

By trial and error, I determined that although the website allows setting any password up to at least 99 chars, the strongest password which actually works for logging in is 64 chars, and using all printable chars except space seems okay (although I only tested on one 64-char password and can't be sure there aren't character restrictions).
