Description
For DND > Rejected Callers, instead of rejecting with a 603, please have the ability to forward rejected calls.
For example to sip:883510000000093@inum.net (which plays: "your caller ID is blocked" for anonymous callers)

Currently callers will hear a busy tone when being reject. That is not clear communication, when the reason for being rejected is that they call anonymous. After hearing a message like "your caller ID is blocked" callers might sooner think to dial from a line that will send their caller ID.
