Please give us the callids of those calls.
You can find them in the history tab in the settings of your sip account

Sorry, how does it looks like? I mean ID.
On my client I can see that "anonymous@anonymous.invalid" calling.
Same client if I use not paid accounts it would be proper user name.
In history tab that what stated as anonymous has the following log SIP trace for session id 5cc5892c594e10b164e36b303fe9cb2c@66.54.140.46 is not available.
Guide me how to help.
And again, 2 other accounts, which does not have credits/payments dont have such problem. Only "spinor" account which has credit/payment has this problem when calling to other account. They see his as anonymous@anonymous.invalid.

It is because the calling party has set the display name to be Anonymous, is his/hers choice to do so.

Related to this, if you wish to automatically reject calls from Anonymous users, you can set this option in your sip settings web page.

Nope, its not the the matter.
I used same client on two different Mac and by using 3 accounts I can see that 2 of them with identical settings (promerita and unlis) can see each other.
But once I login with spinor account, then second account can see only anonymous calling.
I will make screenshots tonight, but please check on your side what sort of bug here.
Thanks

Setting Anonymous is a choice of the caller. Why do you ask us about this and what do you want us to do about this?
