"PSTN calls are forbidden" but account is under sip2sip.info domain and credit present

Description

1. Account was registered via web page https://mdns.sipthor.net/register_sip_account.phtml
2. "Account" field filled with domain name @sip2sip.info
3. credit was added $20 and is displayed at "credits" page
4. attempt to call PSTN number leads to message "PSTN calls are forbidden"

When tried to create other account via blink and without domain specification, attempt to PSTN call leads to voice message of unavailable credit, not a "forbidden" message. So my only suggestion is that my first account despite it's correct domain is not "marked" with some PSTN_available flag.
