blink opens multiple times

Description
blink should not open multiple times. This is a bit troublesome because users think they have closed it by clicking the x but it actually just goes down to the notifications area and then they open the program again and before you know it you have 10 instances of blink running.

I have never developed with Qt but it looks like this might be a help.
