SIP/2.0 400 Duplicated CallID

Description
Almost 50% of the calls I place fail and give a "Duplicated CallID" error in the server-logs on sip2sip. I am getting double-billed for these calls. My SIP address is mooman177@sip2sip.info. Any idea why this is occurring?
An example is as follows.
CDRTool SIP trace SIP session 54f1b7575ca03d520eb0fce76c18ec64@sip2sip.info
Let me know if you need any additional information. Thanks
I can see the confusion. The fact that is does show a price twice in CDRTool is a bug. If you look at the Credit tab in your account, it should appear only once. This means it is only billed (debited) once.
The duplicate call id comes from your device. A callid should be unique to each call and can never be the same. If it is we block the call. I don't know why your software uses the same callid for different calls.
Thank you for the clarification, I will perform research on my end and try to sort this bug out with Asterisk.
Thank you, after editing the dial plan, this issue no longer seems to persist.
