Description

I cannot seem to find the setting necessary to extend the time for the phone to ring before either it is sent to voicemail or is disconnected (depending on how the system is set up). Is it possible to adjust that setting, or is it one system setting for every user?

You can find this in your sip account settings. There is a field called "No-answer Timeout".

This determines how long it will ring a registered device before any diversion is made. If no one is registered, the time out doesn't apply.
