can't register my SIP account to sip2sip.info

Description

Dear Support,

I am using Mizu app to register to my SIP account at sip2sip.info, when I enter my credential , password and server:sip2sip.info I can't login and get message server is offline, or server address is unreachable.
while I have other SIP account with other voip server and when I do in same manner, I can register to it.
is sip2sip.info server offline?
