PSTN calls are forbidden after credit added
Added by Tudor Popovici almost 11 years ago.
Updated over 10 years ago.
Description
added credit to my account but it seems I receive message stating PSTN calls are forbidden. Will it take a little time to have the credits activated on my account? I see the $20 payment visible at the credit tab.
Thank you

I have recharged account $ 20 for a long time, but I can not make calls to the PSTN. Can you do something about it?

Unfortunately, no change, I checked the settings on my friend account and working. This means that something in your settings is wrong.
I see now that your calls are forward by us and denied by our upstream provider, can you please enable the codec 'g711/alaw or ulaw' on your sip client? Unfortunately the PSTN gateway can only do G711,G.729a and GSM

I added the required codecs. I still have a problem with the connection.
